Experienced Knowledge
As a BTEC Level 5 qualified Soft Tissue Therapist and member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, i've worked with everyone from competitive athletes to people managing the aches and pains of everyday life.
Having competed in Powerlifting myself, I understand the physical demands that sport places on the body. I combine advanced soft tissue techniques with a holistic approach to help every client achieve their goals.
